For projects that involve an extensive amount of construction work or which require the on-site coordination of a large number of contractors, PMSolutions will designate a Site Manager. He or she will report to the PMSolutions Project Manager and will monitor construction progress as compared to the set schedule. He is mandated to address any issues that arise and regulate any discrepancies from the original plans. The Site Manager will also check materials used and ensure that work safety regulations are observed.
