Course Structure and Duration:

This is a 2 days training course that aims to build on the basics of project management and enable the senior managers to learn some techniques and tools for successfully managing complex projects and programs. The course uses a written material to guide the participants through the various topics under discussion, as well as practical examples and exercises to test the abilities of the participants. The participants will also leave the course with various templates and productivity tools to enable them to directly apply some of the tools and techniques in their current and future projects.
